Privacy notice

This notice explains how AsiaTender Watch handles personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and similar laws.

What we collect

• Your work email address, plus your organisation and country/sector interests if you give them.
• The date and time you signed up.

Why

• To tell you when the service launches and to send the digest you sign up for.
• We do not sell or share your details with third parties, except service providers that host our systems (Cloudflare).

Your choices

• You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data, or ask for a copy of it, at any time. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.

Retention

• We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or until the waitlist closes, whichever comes first.

Tender data

Notices come from public World Bank procurement data (CC BY 4.0). We don't show individual contact details from those notices.
